These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindYourVIP website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this cannot be confirmed.

1.2 Account Creation

Registration is free. You will be asked to provide information such as your email address, gender, date of birth, and a password. You may also register via a connected third-party account (e.g., Facebook) where available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. Profiles containing false information, impersonation of another person, or offensive content may be removed without notice.

1.4 Personal Use Only

The Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services for any commercial purpose, including advertising, soliciting, or selling to other users.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services.
Share personal contact information in public-facing profile fields.
Send unsolicited communications, chain letters, or spam.
Engage in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or any other system connected to the Services.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, and services ("Third-Party Services"). These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control Third-Party Services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of any Third-Party Service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

By clicking through to an advertiser or partner site, you acknowledge that any interaction — including registration, purchases, or data sharing — takes place entirely with that third party, and that we are not a party to such transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

7. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Services at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Payment & Refund Policy

12.1 General

This section governs any payment interactions with the platform. Capitalised terms have the following meanings:

Credits: Virtual currency used to access paid features; they have no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Legal Refund: A refund you may be entitled to under applicable consumer-protection law.
Optional Refund: A refund issued at our sole discretion.

12.2 Paid Services

Some features require Credits. Pricing is displayed on the relevant pages. We may adjust pricing or convert previously free features to paid features at any time with reasonable notice.

12.3 Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased using credit/debit cards or other accepted payment methods. Prepaid and gift cards are not accepted. Payments are processed in the currency applicable to your region; your bank may apply additional fees which we do not control.

12.4 Subscriptions & Auto Top-ups

Where offered, subscription packages provide Credits on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

12.5 Refunds

Most purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions:

Legal Refunds: EU/EEA residents may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of first purchase, provided no paid services have been used. Some US states allow cancellation within three business days.
Optional Refunds: Considered at our discretion for accidental purchases of unspent Credits, unauthorised transactions, or platform service failures. Requests must be submitted within 120 days (card payments) or 180 days (PayPal).

Spent Credits are generally non-refundable unless a platform error caused the expenditure.
